Sales and Refund Policy

1. Organizer

Tickets for this event are sold by olivoENERGY CONSULTING SL, with registered address at C. Echegaray, 3, 2D, Distrito Centro, 29015 Málaga, Spain and contact email info@olivoenergy.com.

2. Purpose

The purchase of a ticket grants the right to attend FEL 2050, subject to the conditions published by the organizer.

3. Purchase process

The purchase will be considered completed once payment has been successfully received and the corresponding confirmation has been sent to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for checking that all information provided during the purchase process is accurate.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Named tickets and personal use

Tickets are intended for the personal use of the buyer or the attendee designated during the registration process. The organizer may request any information reasonably necessary for access control, event management, and related services.

6. Cancellation and refund policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the organizer, purchased tickets are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be granted in the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure or where the organizer expressly states so in writing.

In the event of a date change, material program change, or exceptional organizational circumstances, the organizer will inform buyers of the options available in each case.

7. Changes and replacements

Requests for name changes or corrections to registration details may be accepted at the organizer’s discretion, provided they are requested sufficiently in advance and are technically feasible.

8. Access to the event

Access may be subject to ticket validation, identity checks, venue capacity, security measures, and compliance with venue rules. The organizer may refuse admission in the event of non-compliance.

9. Event changes

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, speakers, complementary services, or logistical aspects of the event where necessary due to organizational, technical, or force majeure reasons.

10. Data protection

Personal data provided during purchase and registration will be processed for the purpose of managing ticket sales, event attendance, and event-related communications, in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

11. Acceptance

The purchase of a ticket implies that the buyer has read and accepted this sales and refund policy.
